Type DTL Single-stage Large Scale Desulfurization Pump

General DTL series is a new generation of large scale desulfurization pump with high efficiency and energy saving, which has been specially designed and manufactured for FGD industry and absorbed the advanced technology from both home and abroad. It can be used not only to delivery the FGD in heat power plant circulary but the slurry with corrosion solid particle in metallurgy, mines, coal, construction material, chemical etc. Medium Features Value of PH: 2.5~13 Concentration of chlorion: ≤60000ppm Weight density ≤60% Temperature of medium: ≤120 ℃ Max diameter of solid particle ≤150mm Performance range Capacity: Q=3000~20000m3/h Head: H=10-40m The description of pump type 24DTL( )-25JA 24-The number obtained from the outlet diameter divided by 25 (outlet diameter is 600mm) DTL-Large scale desulphurization pumps ( )-K means casing with coating inside. J means casing with rubber inside. None stands pump wet parts are all metal. 25-The number obtained from the pump specific speed divided by ten. J-The rated speed is changed. A-Outer diameter of impeller is changed. Construction The pump is a kind of single stage, single suction horizontal centrifugal pump with hanging bracket. Pump casing adopts the structure of open behind. Pump is connected with motor or speed-regulating mechanism by lengthened flexible coupling. It can be inspected easily without dismounting rotor parts and inlet/outlet pipeline. Bearing support parts uses bearer. Driving end adopts two cylinder roller bearings and the pump end adopts imported two line cone roller bearing which get lubricated with dilute oil. Shaft seals are quick-equipped mechanical seals. The direction of rotation Pump is rotating clockwise viewing from driving end. It can also be changed as customers required. Features 1). The pump adopts abroad super hydraulic model, with advanced computer analog analysis technology (using Solidworks, ANSY, Flowworks, etc), so it has stable performance and high efficiency. 2). The pump wet parts adopts reasonable, advanced material like metal, casing with rubber inside or casing with KDL-201 anti-corrosion coating to be suitable for delivering different medium for different working conditions to meet the demands of corrosion and abrasion resistance. 3). The pump absorbed the advanced structure of kinds of large scaled desulphurization pump from home and abroad. It is single and easy for maintenance and operating stably. 4). Pump bearing support adopts barrel structure. It can change the position of the impeller in the pump casing by adjusting bearing parts to make the pump running with high efficiency. 5). The shaft seal uses the quick-equipped mechanical seal, which is especially for FGD. It is easy to assembly and maintenance, furthermore, it don’t need to be flushed by clear water from outside.
