 General
Type screw non-clogging pump is a new product based on new technology which has been introduced from IPT E&C Co. in Korea. It has the advantages of wide-ranging performance, high efficiency, non-clogging and safe, reliable operation. It is used to transfer paper pulp, mud, sewage and mixed liquid with short fibre. The temperature of the liquid is 0℃~80℃. Permissible inlet pressure can not be over 0.7MPa(7.1Kgf/cm2).

The description of pump type
For example 100×100IFZ — H
100 — Inlet diameter of pump (mm).
100 —Outlet diameter of pump (not marked when it is the same as inlet diameter) (mm).
IFZ — Screw non-clogging pump.
K — Head code.
Construction
The pump is horizontally mounted with axial suction and center upward discharge, with support feet on the casing, the pump is back pull-out type, the rotor elements can be removed without disturbing the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe for inspection. Shaft seal can be packing seal or mechanical seal according to customers’requirments.
The direction of rotation
The rotation of the pump rotor is clockwise looking from the motor to the pump.
The material of main parts of pump
The material of main parts of pump is generally gray cast iron or others according to customers’requirments.
